Yes, this quit claim deed goes with the one that was previously recorded. This one was provided to cover
an area dedicated to the Town that was originally under a different ownership than that covered by the

The area colored red on the attached exhibit was the portion under the ownership of VWI
Investment 1-11-12 LLC rather than the rest of the right-of-way, which was owned
VWI/Vistoso Investment LLC prior to being deeded to the Town. Please let me know if you
