Abandonment of a portion of Vistoso Village Drive within Rancho Vistoso Neighborhood 3, Lots
1-6 and 9-12 and Common Area "A", a subdivision of record in the office of the Pima County
Arizona Recorder, in Book 56 of Maps and Rats at Page 65, said portion being forty(40)feet on
each side of the following described centerline;
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard and Vistoso
Village Drive as shown on said plat;
THENCE S 69°07'27"W, along the centerline of said Vistoso Village Drive, a distance of
240.56 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE continue S 69°07'27" W along said centerline, a distance of 243.66 feet to the
beginning of a curve, concave to the Southeast, having a radius of 800.00 feet;
THENCE Southerly along said curve to the left, through a central angle of 90042'51", a
distance of 1266.61 feet to the POINT OF TERMINUS.
