(R) 10- 45 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OI THE TOWN-6P -'''-.L.T ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA, ACCEPTING FROM GOLDER RANCH FIRE DISTRICT A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FOR DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN PIMA COUNTY ALONG LINDA VISTA BOULEVARD WHEREAS, the Town of Oro Valley is a political subdivision of the State of Arizona vested with all associated rights, privileges and benefits and is entitled to the immunities and exemptions granted municipalities and political subdivisions under the Constitution and laws of the State of Arizona and the United States; and WHEREAS, the Town requires an additional right-of-way on Linda Vista Boulevard owned by the Golder Ranch Fire District; and WHEREAS, the Golder Ranch Fire District desires to convey to the Town by Special Warranty Deed for Dedication of Public Right-of-Way that certain real property located in Pima County along Linda Vista Boulevard, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town to accept the Special Warranty Deed for Dedication of Public Right-of-Way for said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Oro Valley,Arizona that: 1. The Special Warranty Deed for Dedication of Public-Right-of-Way from Golder Ranch Fire District, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby accepted by the Town. This conveyance is only subject to all taxes, assessments, patent reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, servitudes, easements, encumbrances, liens, liabilities, declarations, restrictions imposed by imposed by governmental entities, and any other matter of record or any matter which an accurate survey or physical inspection would reveal.
