(R) 1.0- 46 : - r A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA, ACCEPTING FROM FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FOR DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN PIMA COUNTY ALONG LINDA VISTA BOULEVARD WHEREAS, the Town of Oro Valley is a political subdivision of the State of Arizona vested with all associated rights, privileges and benefits and is entitled to the immunities and exemptions granted municipalities and political subdivisions under the Constitution and laws of the State of Arizona and the United States; and WHEREAS, the Town requires an additional right-of-way on Linda Vista Boulevard owned by First American Title Insurance Company; and WHEREAS,First American Title Insurance Company desires to convey to the Town by Special Warranty Deed for Dedication of Public Right-of-Way that certain real property located in Pima County along Linda Vista Boulevard, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town to accept the Special Warranty Deed for Dedication of Public Right-of-Way for said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Oro Valley,Arizona that: 1. The Town of Oro Valley hereby accepts the Special Warranty Deed for Dedication of Public Right-of-Way from First American Title Insurance Company, attached hereto as Exhibit"A".
