CANADA DEL ORO ESTATES
DESCRIPTION of a parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 12,
Township 12 South, Range 13 East, Gila & Salt River Meridian, Pima County Arizona.
Said parcel being a portion of that public right of way known as Avenida Vallejo, as
dedicated per the plat of CANADA DEL ORO ESTATES, as recorded in Book 12 of
Maps and Plats, Page 15, Pima County Records, Pima County, Arizona, being more
fully described as follows:
The West 40 feet of Avenida Vallejo, being all that portion of said right of way lying West
of the following described right of way centerline:
Commencing at a found 2" brass cap marking the Northeast corner of said Section 12,
from which a found 2" brass cap marking the East Quarter corner of said Section bears
South 00°13'38"West, a distance of 2637.24 feet;
Thence South 89°54'33" West along the North line of said Section, a distance of 1026.96
feet to a point of intersection with the Northerly extension of the centerline of Avenida
Vallejo;
Thence South 18°00'39" East, along said centerline extension, a distance of 78.82 feet
to a point on the South right of way of Naranja Drive, said point being the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing South 18°00'39" East along said centerline, a distance of 115.81 feet;
