Description of a Lot Line Adjustment for Lot 8,
Block 1 of CANADA DEL ORO ESTATES
(Portion to be Dedicated as a Part of the Right of Way for Avenida Vallejo)
DESCRIPTION of a parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 12,
Township 12 South, Range 13 East, Gila &Salt River Meridian, Pima County Arizona.
Said parcel being a portion of Lot 8, Block 1, as dedicated per the plat of CANADA DEL
ORO ESTATES,as recorded in Book 12 of Maps and Plats, Page.15, Pima County
Records, Pima County,Arizona. Said parcel being more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 8;
Thence South 89°43'28"West along the South line of said Lot 8, a distance of 249.32
feet to a point of intersection with the Easterly right of way of Avenida Vallejo, being also
the Westerly line of said lot;
Thence North along said right of way, along a non-tangent curve from which a radial line
bears South 71°30'09"West a distance of 393.86 feet to the center, through a central
angle of 10°49'36" a distance of 74.42 feet;
Thence continuing along said right of way North 29°29'30" East, a distance of 23.81 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said right of way North 29°29'30" East, a distance of 26.16 feet;
Thence continuing along said right of way along a tangent curve to the right, with a
radius of 25.00 feet, through a central angle of 85°29'40" (the chord of which bears
North 13°15'20" East, a distance of 33.94 feet)for an arc length of 37.30 feet, to a point
on the Southerly right of way of Avenida Vallejo Cul-de-Sac; , I
