and Plats, as shown in the Plat of Oracle Square,Block A in Book 14,Page 77 of Maps
and Plats and as shown in Plat of Oracle Square,Block A in Book 37,Page 24 of Maps
and Plats, Section 24,Township 12 South,Range 13 East, Gila and Salt River Meridian,
Pima County, Arizona; more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Block B of said Shadow Mountain Estates,Book
13, Page 75, Maps and Plats,
Thence N 89°51'55"E, along the south line of said Block B, a distance of 325.55 feet to
a point lying on the westerly right of way of the Tucson-Florence Highway,
