COMMENCING at the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of said Section 35;
Thence,upon the -West mid-section line of said Section 35,South 89°19'34"West a
distance of 30.00 to the POINT OF BE G;
Thence,continuing upon said East-West mid-section line,,South 89°19'34"West a distance
