undersigned, Canada Hills Land Development, L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company
(f/k/a and acquired title as Canada Hills Golf Course and Country Club Limited Partnership, an
Arizona limited partnership) ("Grantor"), hereby quit-claims all of Grantor's right, title and
interest, if any, to the real property located in Pima County, Arizona and described on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto to Town of Oro Valley, an Arizona municipal corporation ("Grantee").

DESCRIPTION of a parcel of land located in Section 11, Township12 South,, Range 13
East, Gila & Salt River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona. As shown on Canada Hills Golf
Course, Parcel 1 through 11, as recorded in Book 43, Page 38 of Maps and Plats, Office
of the Recorder, Pima County, Arizona. Said parcel of land being more fully described as
follows:
COMMENCING at a point, said point beingthe Northwest corner of the aforementioned
Section 11;
Thence along the North Section line of said Section 11, North 89°52'57" East, also being
the Center line of Naranja Drive as dedicated in Book 8, Page 89 of Road Maps, a
distance of 659.00 feet to a point;
Thence North South 00°07'03" East, a distance of 75 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Thence South 00°01'41" East, along the Westerly boundary with Canada Hills Golf
Course Subdivision as recorded in Book 43, Page 38 of Map and Plats, a distance of
380.00 feet;
Thence South 11°40'08" East, continuing along the Westerly boundary of said Canada

RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ORO
VALLEY, PIMA COUNTY,ARIZONA,ACCEPTING BY QUIT CLAIM DEED,
THE DONATION OF SPECIFIED PROPERTY FROM THE CANADA HILLS
LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC, FOR OPEN SPACE, IMPROVEMENTS AND
OTHER MUNICIPAL USES.
WHEREAS,THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY is a political subdivision of the State of
Arizona, and pursuant to Article 13, Section 7 of the Arizona Constitution, is vested with
all the rights,privileges and benefits and is entitled to the immunities and exemptions
granted municipalities and political subdivisions under the Constitution and laws of the
State of Arizona and the United States; and
WHEREAS, THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY acquires land for time to time for open
space, improvements and other municipal uses; and
WHEREAS, the Canada Hills Land Development, LLC desires to donate said property
herein described to the Town of Oro Valley as provided in Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Oro
Valley, Arizona, accepting by Quit Claim Deed, the donation of specified property from
the Canada Hills Land Development, LLC, for open space, improvements and other
municipal uses as provided in Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Oro Valley,
Arizona this 5TH day of rtxcH , 2003.
