Vistoso Partners, L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company,
for the consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars, and other valuable consideration, the
Grantor herein does hereby convey to:
Town of Oro Valley, a municipal corporation,
the Grantee, the following real property situate in Pima County, Arizona:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SUBJECT TO existing taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights of
way and easements of record.
And the Grantor binds itself and its successors to warrant the title against its acts and
none other, subject to the matters above set forth.

That portion of Common Area "A" in THE ESTATES AT HIGH MESA
subdivision, as recorded in Book of Maps at page 91 in
the Pima County Recorder' s Office, Pima County, Arizona
described as follows :
Beginning at the most easterly corner common to Lots
75 and 76 of said subdivision;
THENCE North 26 degrees 04 minutes 05 seconds East, 23 . 90 feet
along the southeasterly line of said Lot 76 ;
THENCE South 51 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds East, 156 .47 feet
along the extension of and coincident with the southwesterly
line of that Excluded portion of said subdivision labeled "Water
Plant No. 10, Docket 8351 at page 1999" , to the southernmost
corner of said Excluded portion;
THENCE South 38 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West, 40 . 00 feet
