for the consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars, and other valuable consideration,the
Grantor herein does hereby convey to:
TOWN OF ORO VALLEY MUNICIPAL PROPERTY CORPORATION, an
Arizona corporation,
the Grantee,the following real property situated in Pima County,Arizona:
See Exhibits"A" and "B" attached hereto,together with an easement for
ingress,egress and utilities as described on Exhibit "C" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
SUBJECT TO existing taxes, assessments, liens,encumbrances, covenants, conditions,
restrictions, rights of way and easements of record.
And the Grantor binds itself and its successors to warrant the title against its acts and
none other, subject to the matters above set forth.
