SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM
In return for the payment of a total amount of$45,000 by the Town of Oro
Valley, without any accumulated interest,the following parties agree to the full
settlement of Pima County Superior Court lawsuit Number C 310997. The parties, by
signing below, acknowledge that they have the full authority on behalf of their respective
parties to settle lawsuit between Hudson-Davis and their successors and the municipality
of the Town of Oro Valley for the property more fully described in the documentation of
lawsuit No. C 310997. The parties mutually request that the Pima County Superior Court
dismiss this claim in its entirety, find that any and all claims are hereby dismissed and
order that each party bear its own attorney's fees.
