(R)96- 83 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF THE ARROWSMITH ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY WHEREAS, the Town of Oro Valley has the authority to accept dedicated rights-of-way pursuant to Section 7-9 of the Oro Valley Town Code; and WHEREAS, portions of the Arrowsmith Road right-of-way have been previously dedicated to the Town through the platting process for Rancho Vistoso Neighborhood 5 Parcels P and T; and WHEREAS, there is a need for the completion of the Arrowsmith Road right-of-way to allow for the future improvements to Arrowsmith Road; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE MAYOR AND THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA, to approve the dedication of portions of the Arrowsmith Road as described in exhibit A, to the Town of Oro Valley.
