That legal counsel and staff are authorized to proceed with the filing of condemnation documents and any action to obtain property in the area of the Oro Valley Country Club near Calle Bonita and Calle Loma Linda (Block 14, Oro Valley Estates Book 13, Maps and Plats,page 60)should this be found to be desirable in their discretion. Staff is authorized to negotiate a solution and take all steps necessary to accomplish this to final resolution.
