the Erroneous Recording and the Quit Claim Deed from Copper Creek
Homeowners ' Association to our trust.

AFFIDAVIT OF ERRONEOUS RECORDING
The undersigned, Title Guaranty Agency of Arizona, Inc. , an Arizona
corporation as Trustee under Trust T-1232, as Grantor in that
certain Special Warranty Deed recorded December 8, 1992 in Docket
9433, Page 5 does hereby declare and affirm the following:
That the Grantee in said Special Warranty Deed, Copper Springs
Estates Homeowners ' Association has not filed Articles of
Incorporation with the Office of the Office of the Secretary of
State, State of Arizona;
That by not having filed said Articles, Copper Springs Estates
Homeowners ' Association is not a duly organized and legally created
entity in the State of Arizona;
That by not having filed said Articles, said Special Warranty Deed
was and is of no force and effect and therefore declared to be null
and void;
That the property purportedly conveyed by said Special Warranty
Deed therefore vests back to the Grantor, Title Guaranty Agency
of Arizona, Inc. , an Arizona corporation, as Trustee under Trust
T-1232 :
