considerations, do hereby convey to Town of Oro Valley, a body politic, ("Grantee"), all
right, title and interest to and in that certain parcel of Real Property situated in Pima
County, State of Arizona, and described as follows:
See Legal Description attached hereto and by this referenced made a part of hereof.
Subject to: Existing taxes, assessments, liens, encumbrances, covenants, conditions,
restrictions, rights of way and easements of record.
And Grantor warrants the title against all persons whomsoever, subject to the matters
above set forth.
