WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That First American Title Insurance Company, a California corporation, as Trustee and
not personally, ("Grantor"), for the consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00), and
other valuable considerations, do hereby convey to Town of Oro Valley, a body politic,
("Grantee"), all right, title and interest to and in that certain parcel of Real Property
situated in Pima County, State of Arizona, and described as follows:
See Legal Description attached hereto and by this referenced made a part of hereof.
The disclosure of trust beneficiaries is recorded in Docket 8519 page 189.
Subject to: Existing taxes, assessments, liens, encumbrances, covenants, conditions,
restrictions, rights of way and easements of record.
And the Grantor binds itself and its successors to warrant the title against its acts and
none other, subject to the matters set forth.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as
TRUSTEE, and not personally, has caused its corporate name to be signed by the
undersigned officer.
And Grantor warrants the title against all persons whomsoever, subject to the matters
above set forth.
