Page 83, Pima County Recorder's Office, Pima County, Arizona, lying within
Section 7, Township 12 South, Range 14 East, Gila and Salt River Base and
Meridian, Pima County, Arizona, described as follows:

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the said Section 7;
THENCE N 00000'34" W, along the West line of the said Section 7, a
distance of 158.51 feet to the Southeast corner of Section 12, Township 12
South, Range 13 East, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pima County,
