In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration, the ORO VALLEY TOWNHOUSES IMPROVEMENT
ASSOCIATION, an Arizona nonprofit corporation ("Grantor"), with the written
consent of a majority of the members thereof, duly obtainedpursuant to the Bylaws of

Grantor, does hereby grant and convey unto the Town of Oro Valley, a body politic
("Grantee"), that certain real property located in Pima County together ether with all
rights and privileges appurtenant thereto and herein described as follows:
All streets, roadways and rights—of—way y g ay k nown as Valle Del
Oro Drive, Oro Place and Valle Place within the Oro Valley

Townhouses Subdivision, being a portion of Block 1 of Horizon
