1 . This report is for informational purposes only and is not to be
considered as a commitment to issue any form of Title Insurance
Policy. This report is for the sole use and benefit of the parties
set forth in Number 2 below and liability is hereby limited to the
amount of the fee paid.
This report was prepared from only those items of public record
shown in the title plant indices of the issuing company to show the
condition of title as reflected by same . Those items to which the
hereinafter described land is subject are set forth in Schedule B,
Part Two. No attempt has been made to reflect the condition of

WHEREAS, the Town of Oro Valley) through duly authorized
and approved action, did enter into that certain Lease With

Option agreement with J. Theron Johnston and C. Lorene Johnston ,
husband and wife, on 22 November 1977 , regarding lease of that
property known as 680 West Calle Concordia; and, ' `
WHEREAS, said Lease With Option agreement , dated 22
November 19 77, was thereafter extended by that certain Lease
Extension Agreement, dated 28 September 1978, by the duly author- :' '
ized and approved action of the Town of Oro Valley and J. Theron
Johnston and C. Lorene Johnston, husband and wife ; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to said _.eL 3e Extension Agreement , 4
