This report is for informational purposes only and is not to be considered as a commitment to issue any form of Title Insurance Policy. This report is for the sole use and benefit of the parties set forth in Number 2 below and liability is hereby limited to the amount of the fee paid. This report was prepared from only those items of public record shown in the title plant indices of the issuing company to show the condition of title as reflected by same .
