Explanation: Adoption of this ordinance would provide that the operation

designated areas of the Naranja Town Site Park or future Town parks as
may be appropriate �by responsible groups affiliated with the Academy of
, Model Aeronautics acting under license agreements issued by the Parks
and Recreation Director on behalf of the Town.
