CHAPTER 15, WATER CODE OF THE ORO.VALLEY TOWN CODE, AT
SECTION 15-4-3 REGARDING MEMBERSHIP COMPOSITION
Explanation: The proposed change is to combine the commercial and
turf interest on the Water Utility Commission. It also changes the turf
representative to an at-large representative. This proposed change will
allow for more flexibility when recruiting volunteers for the positions on the
Commission.
5. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS (The Council may bring forth general topics
for future meeting agendas. Council may not discuss, deliberate or take
any action on the topics presented pursuant to ARS 38-431.02H)
