G. Resol tion No. (RL09 17 Authorizing and approving an
intergovernmental agreement between the Regional Transportation
Authority of Pima County and TQwn of �ro Valley for provision of
circulator bus service
H. Resolution_No.(R) 09 1,8 Approving a temporary construction and
permanent slope easement between the Town of Oro Valley and
Evergreen-Steam Pump, L.L:C. to acquire access to a portion of the
property known as Pima County Tax Parcel No. 220-08-4620 for the
construction of the Canada Del Oro Wash Pedestrian Bridge which is
being constructed as a part of the Arizona Department of
Transportation's State Route 77 (Oracle Road) expansion project
I. Resolution No. (R)09 - 19 Approving a Memorandum of
Understanding between Public Safety Employees and the Town of
Oro Valley pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 4-1-8 of the Town Code,
Public Safety Employee relations and processes effective July 1,
2009 to J u ne 30, 2010 .
J. Resol.ution No (R)09 - 20 Authorizing and approving an
intergovernmental agreement between the Town of �ro Valley and
Golder Ranch Fire District for the provision of Fire Marshal Services
K. OV5-07-10 Approval of public art component "C" for the Wingate
Inn Hotel, located within the Steam Pump Village development at
the intersection of Oracle Road and Hanley Boulevard
L. OV12-05-03B Approval of a development plan for the Homewood
Suites Hotel and retail/restaurant buildings, located within the EI
Corredor development in proximity to the northeast corner of Oracle
Road and Linda Vista Blvd.

When possible, a packet of agenda materials as listed above is available for
public inspection at least 24 hours prior to the Council meeting in the office of the
Town Clerk between the hours of 8:00 a.m. -- S:OOp.m.
The Town of Oro Valley complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

the Town Clerk's �ffice at least five days prior to the Council meeting at 229-

I NS TR UC TIONS TO SPEA KERS
Members of the public have the right to speak during any posted public
hearing. However, those items not listed as a public hearing are for
consideration and action by the Town Council during the`course of their
business meeting. Members of the public may be allowed to speak on
these topics at the discretion of the Chair.
If you wish to address the Town Council on any item(s) on this agenda, please
complete a speaker card located on the Agenda table at the back of the room
and give it to the Town Clerk. Please indicate on the speaker card which item ,
number and topic you wish to speak on, or if you wish to speak during
"Call to Audience", please specify what you wish to discuss when
completing the blue speaker card.
Please step forward to the podium when the Mayar announces the item(s) on the
agenda which you are interested in addressing.

Town resident. �
2. Speak only on the issue currently being discussed by Council. Please
organize your speech, you will only be allowed to address the Council
once regarding the topic being discussed. ,
3. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

wish.
5. Any member of the public speaking must speak in a courteous and
respectful rnanner to those present.
