Arlene Ozburn seconded the motion. Motion carried 6 - 0. Mr. I�erb Rutt, a citizen in Oro Valley, expressed his concern on the instituting of a Town of Oro � � Valley tax. The Board agreed to leave the Municipal Department as a long-term option.
