The motion carried 5-0. � � 1. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF FOCUS GROUP NAMES SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO JANUARY 4th, 19991VIAILING Chair Jan Kvancz distributed a list for the committee for review of the candidates (a total of 27 individuals who had res onded to the Januar 4th mailin for the Focus Grou Fire & EMS . ) p Y g p Committee. She informed the committee that she was waiting for more individuals to respond and that it appears that those that have responded may represent most areas of the Town. Chair Kvancz further explained that she was unable to give any dates in her letter at the present time, but hoped to set a date before sending out the next letter thanking the candidates. Town Manager Chuck Sweet informed the committee that Jack Snook's office (ESCG)have received the contract and would be giving a starting date in a few days. He stated regarding the time line, their proposal reflects the days to be scheduled for each task. Chuck Sweet suggested including a sun�n�ary of the recommendations. CONSENSUS: The committee elaborated and�agreed to merging the two (2) letters and that the . letter should indicate there vvould be a f�.11��por�available for review at the Town I-iall. Also, the committee would revievv the inaster lett�r�d th� a�tachments before the letters are sent to the volunteers. � Member Fred McCulloch inquired if the le�ter could indicate that ESCG was granted the bid for the Town's Strategic Plans Chair Kvancz agreed and stated that this informat�on would be included in the letter.
