The applicant has two requests as follows: First is the rezoning from the existing R1-144 zoning to R1-7 to provide for a 37 lot residential subdivision. Secondly, the applicant requests approval of the use of one flexible design options enabled by the Town’s Environmentally Sensitive Lands section of the Zoning Code.
