Annual employee contribution rate fixed at 11.05% by state law, increasing to 11.65% in FY 2015/16

PBI changes ruled unconstitutional by Arizona Supreme Court in the case of Fields v. EORP
PBIs not provided to retirees for 2012, 2013, 2014
Employers must pay liability for unpaid PBIs beginning in FY 2015/16 - $1.35 billion liability to all plans

Saves $300,000 in recurring pension costs next FY and possible future fiscal years
