Resolution meets the intent of the statute by: Making the water rate analysis report available for public review in Town Clerk’s Office and on the utility’s website Town Clerk to advertise the resolution in newspaper Establish the public hearing date for 1/7/15 The NOI does not approve a rate increase – rate increases are approved during the public hearing process.
