No soil or riprap over filter fabric lined channels will be allowed. All homes will need gutter systems directing roof drainage to the adjacent street. All wet utilities, up to and including home services – must be in HDPE sheet lined trenches with poorly graded sand (USGS) bedding and shading. The utility system must have a hydrostatic drainage outlet away from the subdivision. Additional soil tests during construction may be required in locations and to specifications as determined by the Town Engineer.
