HomeMy WebLinkAboutOV100006 Town of Oro Valley Planning & Zoning Division ATTN: Board of Adjustment Dear Sirs: I am a neighbor of Jon & Bonnie Wicht who reside at 51 E. Strada Patania. I understand that that when the Town of Oro Valley annexed our neighborhood from the county that you changed our zoning to the closest zoning that the town has. This creates a problem for the Wichts because it changed the side yard for 10' to 15', and they need to use the original zoning set back of 10' to fit in a new garage between the pool and side yard. With the distance between the homes in our neighborhood and the fact that a wash runs next to the affected side yard, we see no problem in allowing the 5' encroachment so that they can build their garage.
