SUBJECT: Anti-racketeering Fund Quarterly Reports
Previous Senate Bill 1170 directs law enforcement agencies receiving monies from forfeiture
proceedings to provide the most recent Arizona Criminal Justice Commission-approved
quarterly report to their respective governing bodies.
Attached are the OVPD reports for the periods of October through December 2016, and
January through March 2017.
