Increasing water resource costs: CAP deliveries (20%), COT CAP wheeling costs (5.5%), O&M Costs (3%)

Cash reserve requirements
Utility must maintain an operating cash reserve requirement of 20% of personnel, O&M and debt

golf course, and to work with
The Conservation Fund to help
identify possible funding,
including grant funding, to
acquire the property for a green
space to be gifted to the Town.

Ivey direct the Town Manager
and the Town Attorney’s as
follows: First, to initiate
communications with Romspen
and any other third parties in
their discretion in an effort to
negotiate the sale, subject to
Mayor and Council approval, of
acreage at the former Vistoso
Golf Course zoned open space,
golf, for fair market value on or
before April 1, 2021. Second, to
keep the Council regularly
informed on the status of these
efforts.
Motion by Mayor Joseph C.
Winfield, seconded by
Councilmember Harry Greene that
the Town Council direct staff in
accordance with their discussion in
Executive Session to proceed with
a settlement agreement of all
disputes with Romspen that will
facilitate the Conservation Fund's
purchase of the 202 acres of the
former Vistoso golf course; that the
Town Council will allow the Town
to be a party to the resolution of all
claims with Romspen and be party
to the negotiations of a
conservation easement between
the Conservation Fund and
Romspen; including any
consideration required by the
Town; and that staff is directed in
furtherance of a settlement
agreement to involve a third party
regarding the purchase of the 6
acres of the property owned by
Romspen, currently zoned multi-
family residential.

Mayor and Town Council select
the new name of the former
Vistoso golf course property to
be Vistoso Trails Nature
Preserve.

Purpose

Permit (CUP) rather than a Permitted Use.
Gather feedback on the proposed
code amendment items:
1.Require CUP for vehicle storage facilities in
C-N, C-1, C-2, R-4, and R-4R zoning districts.
2.Enable vehicle storage facilities in T-P zoning
districts as an Ancillary Use.
3.Refine definitions and development standards.
