Formal Dedication & Acceptance
On September 20, 2017, Council heard this request and provided direction via a series of conditions to be met prior to returning and requesting formal approval
As a reminder, the parcels to be dedicated are the blue and green areas
These conditions are detailed in Exhibit "C"
The applicant has met all conditions, with one exception
4 lanes with sidewalks and multi-use lanes
6
Condition Exception
Conditions 1 & 3 required the removal of all concrete lined slopes from land to be dedicated
The only slope within the dedicated wash parcel is the portion along Monterra Vista Drive
Staff supports keeping this slope due to proximity to the public ROW and street
7
Slope Along Monterra Vista Drive
This slope protects Monterra Vista Drive from damage & erosion
This slope also acts as the inlet to the culverts draining the main wash under Monterra Vista Drive
Slope in good shape with no vegetation penetrations
