It is a 100% consensus... that had we known an Apartment Complex and Dead Pond and dead vegetation all along the pond at Vistoso Highlands.... would have been the end result of your closed door shameful deal.... NOT 1 person would have contributed a dime for the Preserve. Close Door.... NOT a dime. Shame on you for doing this to us. It's now being referred to as the Closed Door Shameful Deal. Not all the election contributions or Contractor election contributions will help you. You've exposed yourself. You are out. And this will be your legacy for years and years to come. This is all you'll be known for. The Shame Deal. It's all we talk about. It's now a mission. You put this on yourselves. Apartments and an ugly dead Pond and dead vegetation all along Vistoso Hignhlands. Keep up your work. You've done it to us and are doing it to yourselves. These are your legacy scars. Shameful leadership. Respect goes both ways. Chris Westermeyer WARNING: This email came from outside the Town of Oro Valley. I believe your chosen course of action will serve the course, and the Town, well both now and long into the future. It is of course the job of the Town Engineer and other staff to select the appropriate bridge for the job. However, I truly believe that the Town would see significant cost savings, and reduce construction time, by pumuing the option of a modular or prefabricated bridge These structures have been widely adopted in the golf industry and have proven to be reliable. We know there were concerns with water usage and we continue to stand ready to work with the town to help address that issue. We believe the benefits of the course to the entire Oro Valley community are clear. > The loss of the bridge on hole Number 7 was unfortunate but safety is certainly the top priority. We want to thank Indigo Golf and the town staff for quickly addressing the problem and developing an interim solution to continue 9 hole operations for this season. The choice between a new cart path or a replacement bridge is difficult and both require a financial commitment. The HOA continues to support the town financially under our current agreement. These contributions help offset some of this unexpected cost. Our primary concern is the for the best long term solution that can clearly be accomplished prior to the fall golf season. We want to express our support for which ever solution the council decides on. > Again, we appreciate the Mayor and Town Council's commitment to the success of the Pusch Ridge course. The partnership between the HOAs and the town is certainly a model for successful community involvement. > The El Conquistador HOA Board WARNING: This email came from outside the Town of Oro Valley. Dear Council Members, I don't always look at Council agendas, but I certainly noticed that your meeting tomorrow has an item that is of much interest to me — a performing arts center for Oro Valley! I want to express my support for this, but I am not able to come to the meeting. Please consider adding this project to our future town development. It would fill so many needs in so many ways, and be a huge revenue generator for OV! Sincerely, Dorothy K Watson WARNING: This email came from outside the Town of Oro Valley. I am unable to attend this week's Council meeting, so am putting my support in writing to you. This is a very needed asset for our community. It would provide a center that would serve so many cultural needs... concerts for every genre, a stage for our local (and visiting) theater groups, art shows, lectures, and so much more for all ages.
