Pat Noland, Oro Valley's
town clerk, has become the
first person to announce a
challenge to a member of
the Board of Supervisors in
this fall's elections.
Mrs. Noland, 34, said yes-
terday she intends to seek
the Republican nomination
to run against Democrat
David A. Yetman in the
Nov. 3 election.
