Issue: Accelerate Budget Analyst Start Date to 9/1/01 Response: The estimated cost impact would be as follows: Salary $11,250 Benefits 1,614 Total $12,864 15. Issue: Temporary Staff Working Area during Construction of Administration Building Response: Current indications are that construction will have a minor impact on staff operations. Additional confirmation will be obtained from the project architect. 16. Issue: Information Systems Budget — Outside Professional Services Line Item Response: $4,800 will be added back for website maintenance and network security services. 17. Issue: Economic Development Outside Professional Services Line Item for Tax Base Analysis ($10,000) and Strategic Plan ($25,000) Response: Strategic Planning process will be incorporated into the scope of work for the General Plan Update. Research will be conducted to determine if taxbase analysis can be coordinated and included in the General Plan Update. p 18. Issue.
