Dear Ms. Hennessy,
Thank you for submitting the Tier 1 communication facility application for the above
mentioned site. The submittal proposes to add additional antennas and remote radios
heads behind the stealth screen on the existing tower making the new equipment
indiscernible as a communication facility.
The Zoning Code allows a communication facility, such as the equipment installation
proposed in the tower, to be reviewed and approved administratively as a Tier 1 facility.
The application has been approved as submitted. You may proceed with the submittal for
a building permit for the installation of the facility.
