Read Carefully. Report phishing. A couple of inputs: A) regarding trail access, there are far too many trail users who have easy accesses due to their proximity to their homes/neighborhoods that if blocked or restricted from using these I fear there will be a significant reduction in trail users who would not go to a few designated access paints. What is wrong with neighbors accessing the trail through natural passageways? A suggestion; clear/widen these well worn paths to encourage continued use by neighboring personnel B) regarding spaces behind homes on the Preserve. Due to no allowance for clearing brush, weeds or broken limbs from these spaces owners are facing continuing growth of potential fuels for wild fires, i reference the terrible fires in Southern California that recently occurred. if the existing maintenance company is not to clean these areas home owners at their expense shout be allowed to remove potential fuel for fires. Hopefully the Council will give due consideration to ideas from the public to enhance the public's continued use of the Preserve. This request is nothing more than a delay tactic meant to wear down the community and sidestep the Town's previous rulings against their proposed expansion. Enough is enough. Just weeks ago, the Town generously granted OVCN an extra six weeks to allow their newly retained attorney to get up to speed. Now, with no legitimate justification, they are requesting eight more months —a blatant attempt to reset the process, drag things out indefinitely, and exhaust the time and resources of the Town Council, Planning & Zoning Commission, and the many residents who have been steadfastly opposing their expansion efforts for years. Let's be clear: OVCN has been systematically trying to push through its expansion under various guises for a long time. Instead of accepting the Town's decision and working within existing zoning regulations, they have continuously sought loopholes and stall tactics to circumvent proper process. Their latest maneuver —bundling the height increase request with a future Development Plan application —should not be rewarded. They had ample time to address traffic, parking, and drainage concerns before submitting their height increase request, but they deliberately chose not to. They should not now be granted nearly another year to rewrite the rules to their advantage. Moreover, this prolonged delay is unfair to the many retired homeowners in our neighborhood who invested their life savings in their properties, expecting stability, not an ongoing battle against an institution that refuses to respect community standards. It is also an undue burden on the Town's Leadership, which should not be forced to continually revisit and debate an issue that has already been addressed through a unanimous 7-0 rejection by the Planning & Zoning Commission. I strongly urge you to deny OVCN's request for an eight -month continuance and require them to abide by the decision that was already made. The community has spoken, the Planning & Zoning Commission has ruled, and there is no reason to allow them to drag this process out further. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Kevin & Stephanie O'Neil
