LA CAÑADA DRIVE            REGULAR SESSION AT OR AFTER 6:00 PM   CALL TO ORDER    Vice Chair Wood called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.   ROLL CALL Present: Matthew Wood, Vice Chair Philip Saletta, Member Maureen Sevigny, Member Emily Veres, Member Michael Weisberger, Member Megan Worzella, Member Absent: Joanne Moothart, Chair Staff Present:Rosalyn Epting, Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Jankowski, Parks and Recreation Deputy Director Joe Andrews , Deputy Town Attorney Casey Wilson, Recording Secretary Attendees: Joyce Jones-Ivey, Council Liaison DEPARTMENT REPORT ON CURRENT EVENTS    Rosalyn Epting reported on the following: Steam Pump Ranch shade structure update and solar lighting Pond concept for Vistoso Preserve update Vistoso Nature Preserve trails plans for residents Monthly updates on the website for Vistoso Trails Nature Preserve Vistoso Nature Preserve grant update Naranja Park Radio Controlled Air Park Archery range structure is in fabrication Splash pad Naranja park is now open Naranja dog park updates Pusch ridge event space project update Summer camp registration took place. Some camps are already at capacity Eggstravaganza will take place at James D. Kreigh Park Movies on the lawn at the Community Center Movies at Steam Pump Ranch Battle Of The Bands at Steam Pump Ranch Round Up At The Ranch 5K and 10K Saturday May 17th Budget meetings will take place 4/15/25 Parks and Recreation Advisory Board 1   COUNCIL LIAISON REPORT ON CURRENT EVENTS    Council Member Joyce Jones-Ivey reported on the following: Resident plan working groups for the general plan/OV Paths Forward. Please participate if you are able 25/26 FY budget input sessions coming up Council meeting 4/16/2025 Planning and Zoning will be present at the next Council meeting regarding the structure at the Oro Valley Market Place Please support project Grad. They are in need of volunteers and donations   CALL TO THE AUDIENCE    Vice Chair Wood opened call to the audience no speakers were present. Vice Chair Wood closed call to the audience.   CONSENT AGENDA   1.REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE FEBRUARY 18, 2025 REGULAR SESSION MEETING MINUTES       Motion by Vice Chair Matthew Wood, seconded by Member Michael Weisberger to  Vote: 5 - 0 Carried   REGULAR SESSION AGENDA   1.DISCUSSION REGARDING PROPOSED INCREASES TO PARKS AND RECREATION FEES AND THE ASSOCIATED COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EFFORT       Matthew Jankowski presented a PowerPoint. He explained Parks and Recreation fees associated with the current facilities and offerings. He explained why the fee increase is being requested.
