RESIDENT WORKING GROUP MEETING AT OR AFTER 5:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER
Principal Planner Milini Simms called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
AGENDA TOPICS
1.DISCUSSION TO HELP CRAFT GOALS, POLICIES AND ACTIONS RELATED TO TOWN
FINANCES AND SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY'S NEXT 10-YEAR ACTION PLAN,
KNOWN AS OV'S PATH FORWARD
Ms. Simms presented the following items:

Goals, Policies and Actions
Ground Rules
Tonight's Discussion
Ms. Simms led the group in a facilitated discussion about the residents' guidance, draft goals,
policies and actions pertaining to:
Things to Maintain
Prioritizing Projects
Lowering Costs
The group reviewed the draft of the goals, policies and actions to make sure they reflect the
resident values, priorities and expectations shared during Phase 1. At the end of the
discussion, the group achieved consensus that they were headed in the right direction with
some revisions.
Another meeting will be scheduled to discuss the other goal, policies, actions and guiding
principle related to Town finances.
ADJOURNMENT
Principal Planner Milini Simms adjourned the meeting at 7:31 p.m.
