RESIDENT WORKING GROUP MEETING AT OR AFTER 5:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER
Principal Planner Milini Simms called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
AGENDA TOPICS
1.DISCUSSION TO HELP CRAFT PUBLIC SAFETY GOALS, POLICIES AND ACTIONS
RELATED FOR THE COMMUNITY'S NEXT 10-YEAR ACTION PLAN, KNOWN AS OV'S PATH
FORWARD
Ms. Simms presented the following items:
Tonight's Meeting Goals
Policies and Actions
Ground Rules
Tonight's Discussion
Ms. Simms led the group through a facilitated discussion about the residents' guidance along with
the draft goals, policies, and actions pertaining to:
Things to Maintain
Funding and Staffing
Maintaining a Low Crime Rate
Traffic Safety
Emergency Preparedness
Legal Requirements
The group reviewed the draft of the goals, policies, and actions to make sure they reflect the
resident values, priorities and expectations shared during Phase 1. At the end of the discussion,
the group achieved consensus that they were headed in the right direction with some revisions

Principal Planner Milini Simms adjourned the meeting at 6:48 p.m.
