CALL TO ORDER
Principal Planner Milini Simms called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
AGENDA TOPICS
1.DISCUSSION TO HELP CRAFT HOUSING GOALS, POLICIES AND ACTIONS RELATED TO
THE COMMUNITY'S NEXT 10-YEAR ACTION PLAN, KNOWN AS OV'S PATH FORWARD
Ms. Simms presented the following items:

Goals, Policies and Actions
Ground Rules
Draft Guiding Principle
Tonight's Discussion
Ms. Simms led the group through a facilitated discussion about the residents' guidance along
with the draft goals, policies, and actions pertaining to:
Housing Affordability, Types and Ownership
Housing Types
Locations of 2-3 story apartment communities
Housing Quality and Appearance
Guiding Principle & Legal Requirements
The group discussed and reviewed the draft of the goals, policies, actions, and the associated
guiding principle to make sure they reflect the resident values, priorities and expectations shared
during Phase 1. At the end of the discussion, the group achieved consensus that they were
headed in the right direction with some revisions.

Principal Planner Milini Simms adjourned the meeting at 7:31 p.m
