CALL TO ORDER
Principal Planner Milini Simms called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
AGENDA TOPICS
1.DISCUSSION TO HELP CRAFT TOWN FINANCE GOALS, POLICIES AND ACTIONS RELATED TO
THE COMMUNITY'S NEXT 10-YEAR ACTION PLAN, KNOWN AS OV'S PATH FORWARD
Ms. Simms presented the following items:

Goals, Policies and Actions
Ground Rules
Town Revenue Sources
Ms. Simms led the group through a facilitated discussion about the residents' guidance along with the
draft goals, policies, and actions pertaining to:
Revenue Sources
Community Involvement
Legal Requirements
Guiding Principles
The group discussed and reviewed the draft of the goals, policies, actions, and associated guiding
principles to make sure they reflect the resident values, priorities and expectations shared during Phase
1. At the end of the discussion, the group achieved consensus that they were headed in the right
direction with some revisions.
ADJOURNMENT
Principal Planner Milini Simms adjourned the meeting at 7:11 p.m.
