RESIDENT WORKING GROUP MEETING AT OR AFTER 5:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER
Principal Planner Milini Simms called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
AGENDA TOPICS
1.DISCUSSION ABOUT THE LAND USE MAP FOR THE COMMUNITY 'S NEXT 10-YEAR PLAN,
KNOWN AS OV'S PATH FORWARD
Ms. Simms presented the following items:
Tonight's Meeting
Ground Rules
Land Use Map and Zoning
Ms. Simms presented the following items for discussion as requested from the last meeting:
Enclave at Stone Canyon and the Stone Canyon Casitas
Vistoso Highlands (old clubhouse site)
Miller Ranch (NWC of La Canada and Tangerine)
Northeast corner of Lambert and La Cholla
Arroyo Grande
Mercado Del Rio (Oracle and Pusch View Lane)
Commerce Office Park Designation and Innovation Park
Ms. Simms then led the group through an exercise to possibly update the following macro elements of
the land use map:
Planning Area Boundary
Urban Service Boundary
Growth Areas
The group discussed proposed additions to the Growth Areas Map. The discussion will continue at the
next meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Principal Planner Milini Simms adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
