JOINT STUDY SESSION

RESIDENT WORKING GROUP MEETING AT OR AFTER 5:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER
Principal Planner Milini Simms called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
AGENDA TOPICS
1.DISCUSSION TO HELP CRAFT LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT GOALS, POLICIES AND
ACTIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY 'S NEXT 10-YEAR PLAN, KNOWN AS OV'S PATH FORWARD
Ms. Simms presented the following items:
Tonight's Meeting
Growth and Development: Resident Guidance and Draft Guiding Principle
Ground Rules
Helpful Tips
Ms. Simms led the group through a facilitated discussion about the residents' guidance along with the
draft goals, policies, and actions pertaining to:
Central Gathering Area
Mixed Use and Redevelopment
Compatibility
Private Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Utilities
Amendment Criteria
Guiding Principle
The group discussed and reviewed the draft of the amendment criteria, goals, policies, actions, and
associated guiding principle to make sure they reflect the resident values, priorities and expectations
shared during Phase 1. At the end of the discussion, the group achieved consensus that they were
headed in the right direction with some revisions.
ADJOURNMENT
Principal Planner Milini Simms adjourned the meeting at 7:32 p.m.
