Principal Planner Milini Simms called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER

1.DISCUSSION TO HELP CRAFT WATER RESOURCE AND CONSERVATION GOALS, POLICIES
AND ACTIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY'S NEXT 10-YEAR ACTION PLAN, KNOWN AS OV'S PATH
FORWARD
Ms. Simms presented the following items:
Tonight's Meeting
Goals, Policies and Actions
Water Resources and Conservation: Resident Guidance and Draft Guiding Principle
Ground Rules
Helpful Tips
Ms. Simms led the group through a facilitated discussion about the residents' guidance along with the
draft goals, policies, and actions pertaining to:
Water Resources
Water Conservation
Education about Water Conservation
Guiding Principle
The group discussed and reviewed the draft of the goals, policies, actions, and associated guiding
principle to make sure they reflect the resident values, priorities and expectations shared during Phase
1. At the end of the discussion, the group achieved consensus that they were headed in the right
direction with some revisions.
ADJOURNMENT
Principal Planner Milini Simms adjourned the meeting at 7:02 p.m.
