Palisades Road, Parcel 220-06-001D Dear Residents: This letter is to inform you that the Town of Oro Valley, Planning and Zoning Department is currently reviewing a communications facility for the above referenced site. This notice is being sent out as part of the Town notification requirements. Verizon Wireless has proposed minor changes to the existing antennas located on the 150' monopole off Palisades Road (see attached photo simulations). The applicant's proposal will remove three of the four antenna arrays located on the second tier and relocate them to the top of the pole. One additional antenna will be added to the top of the pole for a total of four. There will be no changes to the existing ground equipment building. Members of the public are encouraged to submit comments to the Planning and Zoning Department by May 2, 2005. Based on resident comments, it will be determined whether the project may be administratively approved or if further public review will be required.
