RE: OV13-07-23A, Revision to materials board for roof material and windows and door cladding
color for the Garden Gate, located on the east side of Oracle Road and south of Calle
Diamante.
Dear Ms. Patton and Mr. Johansen,
This letter is to certify that staff has reviewed and administratively approved the proposed use of
"Dark Penny Copper Color Roof' in place of copper material and"Dark Bronze Anodized"
window and door cladding in place of"Cinnamon Toast"color.
The architectural elevations were previously approved, and no further submittals are required.

Remarks: Per our phone conversation I am including the revised proposed materials that we would
like to substitute for those approved by DRB. We are proposing that the Standing Seam Metal
Roof, approved as a copper roof by DRB, will be copper-colored instead. The second change is to
make the clad color for the windows and doors Dark Bronze Anodized rather than Cinnamon
Toast. Hopefully these changes can be made administratively since they have not varied
significantly from what was approved.
