Items circled in red w/ red star would be the `weathered copper paint' — all exposed steel. Items boxed off in green would be the `vistoso stone' alternate—el dorado stone veneer. The stone alternative is being submitted as the general contractor has stated there is a problem w/availability from the supplier. However, per my conversation w/ Shirley and Patt, GDA has been contacted by another supplier of Vistoso Stone—so the alternate is a `just in case'. The two samples would be mixed 50%/50% to replicate the vistoso stone. Please let me know if you need anything else. thanks Diana K. At this point ask for an administrative review. To submit this change fill out the attached application explaining the changes for case#0V13-07-21. Submit samples of the new stone. We prefer pictures and not real stones and update the elevations showing where the new stone will be installed. There is no fee for this administrative review but we need three copies of the samples, elevations and application. You might want to wait and include the paint change also. We will have the bike lockers in the location noted on the approved DP. Is it permissible to rotate 90 degrees? 2. Verifying the Handicap Signage depicted on Sheet 3 of 3 of the approved DP is acceptable and there are no additional requirements for this development by Oro Valley. 3. Verifying 'Old Saguaro Blend' by MCA is the approved roof tile selection — it's REALLY green! 4. Top screen of the HVAC screen — Has Burlini 's design been submitted and approved by Oro Valley? GDA was going to utilize the same design if acceptable. GDA is tentatively specifying `Almond' color and forwarded color chart to you a couple of days ago for your review/approval. 5. Can Chase receive a C of 0 if the top screen of the HVAC screen is not in place— but being fabricated? 6. General Contractor is requesting 'or equal' for the Vistoso Stone' stone veneer and `Autumn' by superlite masonry. GDA has stated 'no' — but it was requested we double check w/ Oro Valley.
