Mountain View Plaza
Fluoresco Lighting, the company responsible for most of the existing signage
at Mountain View Plaza, now requests approval of a permanent sign to identify
a new business there, Mail and More.
The proposed sign, 7whidh will have a total area of approximately 12 square
feet, complies wit11( the aggregate sign size allowance for this project. The
sign is to utilize pan channel letters of a 'Morocco Red' color. The letters
will be back-lighted to create a halo effect.
This sign is compatible and consistent, both in color and type of
illumination, with other signs the DRB has reviewed and, therefore, Staff
recommends approval.

SUBJECT: OV13-93-24 Fluoresco Request for Permanent Sign Approval
Mountain View Plaza - New Tenant "Investments Insurance"
SUMMARY:
Fluoresco Lighting, the company responsible for most of the existing signage at Mountain View
Plaza, now requests approval of a permanent sign to identify a new business there. The sign is
to read, "Investments/Insurance".
The proposed sign, which will have a total area of approximately 20 square feet, complies with the
aggregate sign size allowance for this project. The sign is to utilize pan channel letters of a
'Morocco Red' color. The letters will be back-lighted to create a halo effect.
This sign is compatible and consistent, both in color and type of illumination, with other signs the
DRB has reviewed for this complex and, therefore, Staff recommends approval.
